Body lift and 33s. Or just 32s stock. Clear corners, exhaust, tint, Explorer OHC, mustang domelight, Expo full console. Whats your budget.

Check out my sig for some good beginner mods.

Here's a short list i've compiled, going from cheapest to most spendy....and this list is conservative...

Paint your fog valence "Trim Paint Black"
Color Match your ford emblems(oven bake, take apart, sand, paint, reinstall)
Mirror Mounted Turn Signals(search though 04blackedge's threads he's made, he's got a how-to)
Ditch the mudflaps and add those 06+ flap-less plastic covers on the rockers(like $10 ea at ford)
"euro" headlamps/corners(crystal clear w/ the corners that have the amber rectangler reflector, not hte circle one)
15% tint all around(excluding the windhshield of course)

And if you really wanted to...

3" BL w/ 16x10's and 305/70r16's.

If you need tires anyway, and don't want to lift, I vote 265/75R16's, though, it kinda appears you already have those.

Well for free you can do the throttle cable mod and airbox bod. Other than that what the guys say above is good.

Underdrive pulleys are cool too and I love my catback exhaust.

3" Bodylift
33" All-Terrains
15" Black Steelies
NiteShade Taillights
06+ Badges
Scrape the 4x4 decal off the bed
Like Shane said, black the front valence out.
Get the black euro projector lights.

I think that color green w/ all black accents and minimal chrome would look absolutely gorgeous.

as said before Id give it a good 3' lift, Black alloys, dual exhaust, and paint your fog valance black.

if you dont want any of that and just want performance then add pullies, exhaust, programmer, Intake

I'm looking for just a personal look. Seeing as how my engine will be replaced I don't want to do any engine work right now. So right now I'm aiming for exterior and interior modifications. So now for the questions..

Where would be a good reliable place to get ahold of clear corners/ euro headlights?

To black the front valance out what kind of paint would I use Fx4wannabe01 ?

XeRo, the OHC I am interested as I have been searching for one for a while.

Jp7 I am also into doing a few light upgrades what would you recommend?

As far as the budget, I have a steady income and can do upgrades depending on the cost. But I'm also in college so I may plan for an upgrade but it may take some time to finish. The mirror turn signal by 04blackedge is on my list of mods once I have some time to get it done.

Heh, if you did arts and crafts with construction paper and gluesticks when you were little, you can probably do the L1224R's with no problems. You do not need to be an LED guru. Message me if you want to purchase a set.
