Basic 1993 ford ranger splash 5 speed 2 wheel drive details

is this a big enough truck to go off goading with or mud bogging. is this a fast truck. what could i do performance wise to make it faster

Let me help you. First there is a button on the top row called SEARCH. You can find a lot of useful info regarding a Ford Ranger Splash. IMO a Ford Ranger with 4wd is a lot better choice for off roading or mud bogging.

light off roading is ok, but mud bogging is defenetly out. unless you get a major lift, bigger tires (33's+) 4x4 would help too. also a higher gear ratio.

not to be a jackass, but if you showed up to a mud bog in a stock 2wd ranger splash, you would be either laughed at or told that you cannot participate.
