Where can i get 4.5 inch pipe?

Well i picked up some explore fogs and i want to lay them into my bumper and i dont want to put the plastic valance on my truck because i will just break it off. so i want to put 2 holes in my bumper then use the pipe to weld into the bumper then get some plate and making mounting tabs and then take some 1/8th in flat stock and make a little grill to protect the lights but i cant start any where with out the 4.5 inch pipe i called all the auto parts stores and they dont have anything bigger than 3. im kinda stomped and i only need about a foot if it.

Thanks guys

I helped my brother-in-law do this to his 79 chevy, what we used was pipe for big rig stacks. All we did was found a local shop that worked on rigs ( was a peterbuilt shop ) and asked for a few tag ends, they were just about the right size
