Is it worth fixing?

So i found a 96 Ranger ext cab off craigslist. The guy orginally wanted 500 for it, then 350, 300. he told me what was wrong with it, but that it did run, just that the slave cylinder needs replacement, that it had the clutch replaced etc. its 2wd lower, no tailgate rust at the bottom of the doors, and fenders need replacement. I asked for pictures and got sent the ones you see below. Now i'd like a project but i'd like some other opinions from people. Hes willing to take 300 for it. My plan is to lift it, granted i like lifted/lowered but around here lowered trucks rust faster. The title isnt in his name he planed on fixing it, he did however sign the back, so with that said i plan on having it transfer into my name, be it if i have to go to the orginal owner for it

I wouldn't touch it without a perfectly clean title. If you've never messed with title problems, i'll tell you it's not recommended. I wouldn't count on anyone working with you...

buy it forr 300 and keep the parts you need and sell the rest. :) never a bad idea to have a spare ranger lying around.
