I found these at Academy. They are for boats. I was wondering if they would fit on the bottom of the door. Is there clearance between the door and the door jam at the bottom.

 

Not sure where your asking to put them but if I am thinking what you are then no.

 

cut a hole in the bottom of the door, and tie these into the dome lights, they have some other smaller ones but not sure how much light they put off but they are alot thinner

 

you want to put these on the door panel?

 

Oh so that when your door opens you have that shining on like the ground?

That would be a sweet idea and a sweet mod but you would have to cut the door.

What color are they?

If they were amber or red it'd be cool to mount them on the mirror as a turn signal like a few members have done on here

 

they come in white, amber, red. but they do not have a lense like the ones that people are using for mirror, the only place that you would be able to see it from the mirror is on the ground

 

i dont think they will fit. the door sill is pretty flush with the door, so unless you flush mount them i dont think theyll fit. put them in your mirrors and use them that way, our other cars have the puddle lights in the mirrors
