Here's my list, can you guys think of anything else? I'm almost at 75k miles and I'm going on a 3000 mile roadtrip to Texas next month so I want the truck in tip top shape.
Plugs
Wires
Run some PM-3 through it
Front and rear brakes
Ball joints and control arms
Shocks
Fuel filter
Air filter was changed a couple hundred miles ago so thats still fine
Clean MAF and IAC
Alignment
PCV valve
Change diff, trans, oil and coolant
Anything else?

recommended tranny service at Ford.
It pulls out of a rubber gromet in the valve cover.
That's awesome. If he has a high mileage vehicle and has never done a tranny flush then there is a chance he could say bye-bye tranny. If you're going to flush your tranny you should do it throughout the vehicles life, not start later on. But hey, do whatever you want.
PM3 is better apparently
did my tranny flush at 68k when i got my truck and that was the first time, no issue aside from better shifts.
