What tonneau cover to get?
I need a cheap tonneau cover, where do I get one and which one do I get? How do I know which one to get, I have seen them around the internet for $150, snap and clip, Which one? Anyone know a good website?

Stoners is a Extang Full Tilt. Or something full tilt. Same as mine I believe.
So yeah its defiantly the nicest of the soft tonneaus.
ya I have the Extang full Tilt its NOT cheap but honestly i wouldnt buy a different soft one..
only times i have ever unsnaped it where 1 to take it apart to put in the shed then reinstalled it to put it on my black truck...
lifts up like a hard cover and comes off in secs if you need to haul something large... and will also roll up... comes in snaps or snapless...
to take off pop off the struts..
next lift up to a 45deg angle and pull off... then leave at home if you know your going to pick something large up thats what i do...

I have a trifold cover. Works great and you can open up 2/3rds of the bed in 2 seconds and remove it in 10.
All that holds it on are 2 clamps in the front that you tighten by the ol righty-tighty method. Then there are two spring loaded clamps that hold it down in the back.
Plus I got it on kijiji for $120 Canadian.

I've got the LeBra snapless cover, picked it up from jcwhitney for around $200. So far I'm happy with it. Gotta be a little careful slipping it back onto the frame so it doesn't damage the plastic lip that holds it down. If I get a few years use out of it i'll be happy, I bought it more for price and function(dry storage space) than anything else.
I have the same one as Stone and I love it. It's so light and SOOOO easy to install and to remove it.
My dad has a Trifecta soft folding one which is pretty sweet.
I like the Fulltilt for it's ease of use,good looks and functionality. It's a good investment. Mine has lasted 6 years until it finally began to rip. But I'm repairing it later today.

If you live anywhere where it gets cold, don't get a snap on one. I made that mistake and in the winter time, if I need to roll it up, it rolls up easy but trying to snap it back on is impossible. The material shrinks and is hard to pull into position.

^ I want to see one of these in person. It's a Truxedo with a built in aluminum tool box that is designed to belend in with the tonneau. I hate tool boxes but they are handy, Maybe this would be the best option.

I used to have a SportMasters vinyl snapping cover on my old Mazda, and yeah, in the winter it sucked. I broke about 6 of the snaps and the thing just flapped all over the place.
With my Fulltilt, even though it's a snapping version, I just take the cover right off because it's so light and easy to remove.

I've got a Downey soft tonneau (do they even make those anymore) on mine. Snaps into aluminum rails that clamp to the top of the bed sides. I've lived in NY, MA and CT the entire time I've had the truck and the tonneau has been on and off dozens of times in the winter. Never had a problem getting it to snap back on. Just have to remember to snap it on in the correct manner. Tailgate/Cab ends first, starting from the center and working out. Then the sides in the same center out fashion. It doesn't roll up, but for the 200 or so I paid for it's been excellent. Been on the truck for a little over 6 years now.

I would say go with the Extang Full Tilt, or the Trifecta. They're not the cheapest, but well worth the extra cash.
I have the Trifecta and it's great... easy access to 2/3 of the bed anytime you need it. And if you need the whole bed it takes 10 seconds to remove it, and it folds up so it doesn't take much space.
I've had the snap-on/aluminum rail ones before, and they're OK if you're looking for a cheap cover. But like everyone says, when it gets cold outside they are impossible to snap back on.
