Icon4 WTB Tires for Edge SoCal CA

Hey guys, its dire now. I need to get a good set of 4 tires for my truck cheap. I can scrounge some cash to buy new but the 500$ out the door on the stock continentals from a shop is out of my range.

As per my previous post, things are really tight this month duee to some financial issues so please keep in mind its tight. this was confirmed this afternoon.

I have 16 inch rims on my truck, would like anything you can throw at me thats reasonable.

Tire size is 235/70 R16 currently I need to buy like yesterday so please PM me with offers, any help anyone can offer doing a fellow forum member a favor would be greatly appreciated!

I am in Anaheim and anything near by would be best, but if your offering tires with lots of tread for shipping plus a few bucks I am open to concidering it, post pics for me =)

Beggers cant be choosers but looking for cheaper alternatives.

not sure if they will fit but i've got a set of 16 inch tires off of a f-250 sitting in the yard. I think they are 265/70r16 tread is about 80%

why I need tires

This is one of 4, the rest are chewed up about as bad.

FTR I was rough on them when I had money to replace tires, pesky financial collapse o.o

have been driving like my grandma since for obvious reasons. Wont make this mistake again ^_^

Check Craigslist, 16's are always more expensive, I'd change to 15's in the future if tire cost continue to be an issue.

Try Craigslist for used tires. 16's are always more expensive and harder to find used, I'd change to 15's if tire costs continue to be an issue for.

I think I have a lead on some tires with the help of one of the forum members. Really appreciate all of the help and pointers everyone, once things get stabil, will have to find something nice to do for the site.

update

snagged some tires from a forum member and unfortunately, I didnt look hard enough at all of the tires, soooo now I have some hardcore dryrot on the sidewalls, noone will mount them up and I dont blame them its pretty deep on the cracks.

so now I have 4 offroad tires *265/70 r16 which have alot of tread but would only be good for offroad and spares

Anyone want to trade plus charge for tires at this point?
