What does this spring thingy go to? It is just in front left rear wheel.

um on my truck its hooked to one or both of the parking brake cables, holding them closer to the frame I guess?

I believe it is just a hanger for one of the lines on the rear end, Brake line maybe. As far as I know anyhow

That spring never stays on my brake line it always pops off.

Just painted it and when I say just paint it, I mean I took the pics. about 5 minutes after I set the spray can down. I need more paint.
