What is needed upgrade my front bumper from the all black to the painted bumper? Is it just a fascia over the same bar or what?
I realize the grille will just be a swap.

just throwing this out there.. just paint it urself?

 

Go find an XLT valance and it's up to you if you want the lower valance with or without fog lights.

OR

Go take it in and have your bumper painted like an XLT.

 

06+ bumpers are essencially a steel inner bumper that is the actual bumper. What you see on the outside is a bumper cover. Have your upper half painted the color of your choice...then it'll be just like what you want. You've already got a good bumper....just fork the cash and get it sprayed.

06+, there are no chrome bumpers. All are bumper covers and well.....car companys dont pay that kind of green to have that nifty just like chrome paint shot on them. lol.
