crank question.

a buddy of mine from work builds dirt track cars, he says hes seen ppl put 351W cranks into 302s. Suposed to be like a cheap stroker kit or somethin. I was wondering if any one else has herd or seen this before, or if he just full of ****.

Won't fit. The 351W has larger diameter main and rod journals.

The 351W has a different firing order compared to the 221, 260, 289 and many 302's. However the 351W has the same firing order as some 302's like the 302 HO, 302 Mustang Cobra, 94+ 302 F/B/E trucks and 96+ 302 Explorer.
