I've been checking out a couple exhaust systems for my truck ('07 LII)
A few that I've been looking at say they fit up to 2004. I didn't think Ford changed the exhaust after '04... or did they?
I'm leaning towards the Dynomax 17315 as it's priced well and I don't want anything loud. Does anyone have this on an '05+ truck and did it need any modifications to fit?

 

I know it's only been a few hours... but does anyone have any idea? My gf was hoping to order tomorrow so it'll be here for my birthday, but I'd like to know if it'll fit first!

 

From what I know, there should be no change in any exhaust setups from 99-09. You should be ok. If not, there is nothing a pipe bender cant fix.

 

Zero change. They probably just haven't updated their website, or the manufacturer designed it in 04, and haven't test fitted it on a newer ranger. Usually they just say it to cover their asses.

But I am 1 billion percent positive that the exhaust has not changed from 01 and up.
