so i got a 99 ranger and my rear ford emblem on my tailgates chrome ring is flakeing off so i was thinking of putting a 02 mustangs rear ford oval on there instead. I am pretty sure it is smaller but i dont know how much and if it would look good. What do u guys think

 

there is mounting holes as long as it covers the holes your fine

 

just found that 95-98 mustang rear ford ovals are 3.5 inches wide and the ranger emblems 4 inches wide it should cover the holes... dont you think
