suspension overhaul

i have tried the search did not find what i needed
I have a 2wd 1999 ranger with 3l engine at 94000miles and i need to get new shocks.I do go offroading and lot of hauling and towing. So far from what iv got is that blistein or monomax shocks are my best bet i have also heard that they might actually give me .5 of lift. The other thing is i need new leafs should i just get some from the junk yard or buy new and if i buy new what kind. and lats but not least would coil springs from a 4l engine give me a bit of lift in the front and will they fit because my new tires rub when i hit speed bumps and i have passengers.

Throw some Bilteins on there. Get some newer lower mileage ranger leaves, or Explorer leaves. And for the front I think F150 coils give you another inch or 2. OR, you can get coil spacers

fox makes a bolt in 2.0 shock which can be valved and rebuilt.. about 150 each i think tho?

for leaf springs, find a replacement pack if you want a bit of lift and it will handle a load also.

The MonoMax shocks will stiffen the rear end up nicely - they spring up with some goo d push to them, and when you tow anything it will help you sit level quite nicely..! I used to be able to bounce the truck around a bit with the stock shocks on, but with the MonoMax I can jump up and down in the back and barely drop it an inch before it pops right back up
