I don't want to sound dumb by asking this but would it be possible to get coil spacers like so...

and 3" lift blocks for under the leaf springs along with cranking the t-bars for roughly the same result as buying a 3" lift kit?


and yes i know those coil spacers are for only 2WD...

no sorry man, your truck does not have coils to put the spacers under...

but anyways about whats the most lift you could get up front by just simply cranking the t-bars?

 

about 2-3 inches it will be enough to level out your truck

 

Around 2-2.5" but being you have a older truck and your bars are probably sagged I would bet 1.5-2 max

 

Alright thanks. So is there anyway to lift the front another 3 inches to be level with the rear after say 3 inch lift blocks are added without a whole lift kit?

 

just do a body lift they dont cost much.

 

I've considered it but my trucks pretty bad underneath. Quite a bit of rust so I'm sure it wouldn't be easy. Plus i have tow hooks which I would bet are just about rusted right in place along with my hitch...

 

haha mine was the same way man i fight like hell getting the tow hooks off. but once you get it on its a nice little difference.

 

Yeah the only other way to lift it is a suspension lift or the body lift. Avoid aftermarket torsion keys at all cost

You should already have 2" lift blocks in the back, I wouldn't stack blocks. Unless you plan on removing the stock blocks in place of the 3". If I were you I would pick up some Belltech or Ground Force 6400 chevy drop shackles, they'll lift the rear end 2" and you won't have to worry about adding to axle wrap.
