Is it okay or safe or recommended to run Dex-cool in my '03 4.0?

What is recommended to run in my '03 4.0?

just run the green. dex cool is horbale stuff after a wile it starts to eat the cooling system parts.

dex cool is a gm product..


just get the "for any vehicle" prestone or w/e the other brand is.
