Another advantage of my homemade tonneau cover
i can haul stuff on it

Try doing that on a painted hard cover withouht scratching it or having to put a tarp or blanket down.

Home made FTW.

Ive always been in love with your tonneau. Thats cool that you can haul stuff on it. x2 on the 'home made FTW!'

some things don't fit in the bed. Fence panels are great with it, helps distribute weight properly, and it was AWESOME for hauling a queen size mattress and box spring

id just take 10 seconds and roll mine up and stick them in the bed

I put a queen size mattress on my bed rails and just tied it down.

Have you got a better pic of the bedcover? I've got a homemade one too. It cost me $30 to build. It takes 30 seconds to put on or take off, and I've had friends stand right beside the truck and think that it's a regular cover. I don't use it much, just put it on when I need it.

your dads' new toy looks old

way to go for practicing safe hauling skills with the red flag. i wish more people around here would do that.

About my dads new toy... It's a project. We're going to redo it.

we're going to repaint alot of the metal and repair the damage to the front, from that red line and down its going to be diamond plate all the way around, etc.

2fast55 ( i think) has a pretty sick setup for his quad ... never posted more pics of it though

when i moved i moved my bed with box spring, 50inch tv and desk with no problem. bed weights like 50lbs, tv was 100ish so theyre not that heavy to have to worry about weight in a half ton truck
