ClubFoot was doing something WRONG and the cop was doing HIS JOB. And the cop is a "dick head."
Would you please explain to me by what thought process you came to that conclusion?
Sadly some people dont understand a break when they get one. Not flaming Josh he seems to understand. What is the cop supposed to do? Close his eyes and pretend not to see someone driving in a reckless manner? Want him to pull over Josh and then tickle his chin? No cops are supposed to enforce the law and there are many ways that can be done. One of which is their presence alone. Seems to me the officer was pretty nice to him.

Well said. Guess people don't see it unless the officer says "I'm giving you a break". LOL Some people are not as smart as the rest, and yet they are out on the public roads.

He probably thought you were on oxycoton or retarded. Why would you want to hit a mud hole at 30-35 mph when you have no idea what's in it? You could also have bent a rim or spindle, just saying.

Really the only thing I thought he was being a jerk about was when he called my Grandmother and made me seem like the world's worse driver. Yeah I know I got off super easy and I'm grateful for just a slap on my wrist. I did talk him for his kindness too. I know he was just doing his job and I understand the scare tactic, scared me out of driving off the that road again o.0

But the small mud spots off to the side of the road were just mere left over puddles from the rain we got a week ago. I've hit them all before so I wasn't worried about anything being in them. But the speed limit on that road I believe is 45 so I was driving quite slow.

But yes I was very lucky to get off with out any problems. He was nicer then he had to be.
