Bought an '88 F350

Here's my latest Ranger hauler, 88 F350 4x4 with the 351. Manual tranny and transfer case. Kingpin D60 upfront FTW! Thing runs great and actually rides pretty nice. Sorry for the cell pic, just picked it up earlier and didn't have much time for pics. I'll get more pics tomorrow with my real camera if I haveta.

Now the current Ford stable:
2003 Ranger
2003 F150
2006 F150
1988 F350

$2300. Its very clean, the body is straight except for the dent in the front bumper and theres also a dent in the tailgate. Other than that no dents or dings.

Take the mud flaps and running boards off and then just general maintenance.

When I was a kId, My dad had an 88 F-250 Custom, exactly like that (But a 250 with TTB) with a 351 and a 4 Speed. That is what we used to haul our Horse trailer to Field Trials for our sporting dogs. We called it Old Whitey LOL. I loved that truck but man was it beat by the time we got rid of it. My Dad replaced it with a 1991 F-350 Crew cab XLT in about '93 or 94. Man what a relief not to have to drive 8 hours on that old Vinyl bench (or in later years the saddle blanket cover) in Old Whitey.

I assume your wife drives an F150 too? Why not haul with the 150? My truck hauled the ranger fine.

Yes my wife's F150 is the 2003 regular cab 4x2 sport with the 4.2

Honestly I probably will tow the ranger with the F150, but I really like the older fords and my wife has soft spot for them too, otherwise I wouldn't have been allowed to buy it lol.
