What do yall think? I got the carbon fiber today and put it on, and just a few days ago added the new "performance factory" exhaust and tip. It sounds a lot deeper now, not too "pissed off bumble bee like". It's not really made for sound, just for more performance, but the 4.0L makes it pretty deep.

And the truck is dirty...so don't hate on her too much

 

Exhaust looks good! I love that tip. I wanted that, but two wouldn't have fit where I have mine. Carbon Fiber looks ok too, but the piece in the right air vent looks a little out of place over there all alone.

 

I agree about the little one by it's self. not sure what I'll do. I wanted to get two tips, one out of each side, but the fuel tank is right there on the drivers side and it wouldnt work :(

 

Do you have any plans to lower your truck? A 2/3 drop would look great on there.

and It wasn't so complicated to get some of the mustang bullit wheels on there. The ones that are grey or whatever.

And If tires werent so expensive.

 

Heck, I'd settle for just dropping the rear to match the front. Or raising the front to match the rear, wichever is cheaper

 

The Mustang wheels aren't hard to get on there, they should be a direct swap. You could lower it now, flip the hangers or something like that, and keep running your stock wheels and tires until you have the money to do something more. I don't think it would look to good if you raised the front to match the back, imo.

 

flip the hangers? I don't know what that is...how hard would that be to do? Something I could do in my driveway?

I've been told by others that i need spacers or something, and that the newer stang wheels wouldnt work, and it seemed like more trouble than it's worth. maybe..

but anyway, it would look odd with those stang wheels and low profile tires wihouth dropping it first...i think.

 

I'm not sure I've never done it, only read a little about it. I haven't paid much attention into lowering methods, because I went up instead of down. Ask SouthernMudSlinger or Mark98xlt(I think that his name), they'd know.



You may need spacers for the wheels, but there nothing to put on and I don't think they cost to much either.


Drop it with the stock wheels and tire and then get wheels.
