Cleaned up the rear end a bit! Painted axle, chopped exhaust! looks way better.

Just did a little work to the rear end of the rig today... painted the rear axle, and chopped off that ugly ugly exhaust that was hanging so low because of the body lift and dumped it just after the axle. Threw a nice $12 tip on it from canadian tire and there ya have it. The pics suckkkkk but it looks a million times better in real life!!

Paint was still a little wet when i took thhese pictures and i plan on doing another coat and getting in the nooks and crannys where i missed.

BEFORE: Stock exhaust and ratty lookin axle.

AFTER: Painted axle, Chopped off exhaust just after the exle, removed exhuast hanger.

looks good.. had to take a second look at the pics.. had a "couple" beers..

but i agree with the others.. the exhaust would look badass if the tip was directed to the side like stock trucks.. but hey i aint *****in' looks good.

my trucks needs leaf springs and a major frame paint job...

Yeah i had a hitch before but it looked like **** with with my body lift and truthfully i never used it so i just took it off.. dont ever use that bumper ball for towing, its basically last resort kinda thing if i ever get stuck but so far that hasnt happened.

I may take that tip off, i just thought it was a nice little addition but yea it does kinda stick out like a sore thumb.
