Why do you need stickers? I've seen cars/trucks that were plastered with the things. But that's all they had.

I bet if you call up the companies and tell them what you just bought and that you want to support them they will send some stickers your way.

That diff. cover looks like it could contain a nuclear blast. Nice choice, sucks you didn't get stickers. If you use the company you should get some stickers. This reminds me I need to get ahold of Bilstein and get some stickers, what company wouldn't like free advertisement?

you can't win haha.

and yea the diff cover looks like it'll take a hell of a beating.. that and being the cheapest on the market sold me!

I'm surprised you went with the RTR axial. What links are you going to get? The red aluminum ones from a Traxxas Revo?

Before you go crazy with mods for that thing do yourself a favor and buy the nicest electronics you can afford (ditch the am/fm and go with Spektrum of Fasst, LiPO, brushless, titanium gear servos). You will be happy you did, it makes a world of difference. I used to be real big into nitro and brushless RC...

You need to get you some nitro flowing in your veins. Those rock crawlers are sweet, but I'd rather fly over the rocks than crawl up them!

we actully lowered the crawl ratio.. making it slower the day i got it.

I'm gonna get the links made for it? the axial ones, I'm just waiting on them to get the 'rod ends' in stock.. my friend who I sent to buy it bought the RTR not the one you have to build so I cant just unscrew the plastic links and put in aluminum ones like i would have been able to do. http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...roducts_id=842 kinda like those.

I was told brushless motors dont do well at slow speeds, along with nitro ones. Instead of more power I'll get a t-case thats a lower gear ratio I already have a metal command servo.

As for remote controllers.. that kinda money will buy me a front drive shaft for my real truck so I'll pass for now when i do upgrade controllers I'm gonna get one that can control front digs and rear steer, idk how many channels that is..

then tires, either 'Claws' or 'Boggers'
http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...oducts_id=1325
http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...roducts_id=290

or these lol
http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/ind...oducts_id=1323

lets see, I want to relocate the battery packs to the axles.. I want that Uni-Mog body,

Oh, alright. I just remember seeing a bunch of people using the other ones when the axial first came out.

Brushless motors are better at everything then brushed, they just cost a lot more and are a little more finicky with the gearing sometimes. I think Novak still makes a brushless specifically for crawlers. Nitro is horrible for crawlers, correct.

You should look into the RC forums, you can usually get some really good tips and knowledge from them. Hobby shops tend to be wrong most of the time, if you look on forums you can usually find cheaper/better solutions and upgrades.

This is the Pirate4x4 of RC crawlers, LOTS of good info there http://www.rccrawler.com/
If you haven't already, you should check it out.
