Did a Couple of Things to the truck today

Finished Installing My Heat Shield for the K&N Intake

Added White Face Gauges (Old truck came stock with them and I really missed how it looked so I got them as well),

Mounted up my Mag Lite behind Drivers seat Passenger Seat. Its out of my way and a good location to have as well

Got a new toy for all drivers to stare at and get a laugh whenever I have my brakes applied!

Here are the pics/vids as well! Enjoy..

Went from small fish, to Big Mouth Bass! and still alive! hahaha(when i hit the brakes......lol)

I paid $225 for it, I love it, have/had it on both rangers and it does the job for me.

I'm averaging (since I put it on at 6500 miles, now 15500) 16.5MPG CITY and that is all I do. I have about roughly 3K miles Highway and thats it..

Most I do Speed wise is 60 and low is 30

Highest with K&N: 19.25MPG Summer
Lowest with K&N: 13.28MPG Winter

cool, looks good. I have a similar cold air intake but no heat shield, would there be any real benefit to adding one?

Looks Good. What year is the cluster? I like how that looks.

The bass is great. Why is he squeeky though? I want to get the deer that holds up a sign that says "whoa!" every time you stop.

I had the heat shield, just never put it in, and about the real benefit of putting it on, i'm not quite sure, but i would assume that it would keep excess particles to keep from cleaning it out all the time.. Guess someone else would have to chime in on that though.

The truck is an 2007, all i did was put white face gauges on it, its the same cluster bro, just added them!

As far as the squeekiness goes, its been like that since i got it, so i'm assuming that its just the little ole' motor that makes the fin move quickly like that.
