I paid 100 for the front two, never replaced the rears... Not too bad IMO.

I'm just the opposite, I hate the look of the 6.5' bed on a super crew and the 8' bed is even worse!!!

Yeah I got mine for 150 and then got the rears later. I actually noticed a difference with the rears, I guess mine got beat on pretty hard.

I think we just grew up in different Generations. There were Very Few Short beds when I was a kid, we used our trucks so they all had long beds. My favorite body truck is an 80-97 F-350 Crew cab long bed. I think Pickup boxes shorter than 6’ look like terrorist trucks to me, cause until about 1998 that was the only place you saw them, on the news with a hundred terrorists in the bed shouting holding AK’s LOL. My Dad is buying a new truck soon and they are having a hard time tracking down an F-350 Long bed for him. He needs it for his Goose neck and the slide in camper he will end up buying.

Hell, My uncle bought a 1983 F-150 Brand new in 1982 and he wanted an Ext. cab (oddly enough back then no dealers stocked anything but reg. cabs) he had to take a long bed cause it was either that or wait months for one on order. (He still has this truck BTW and it is the cleanest F-150 on the planet)

Well if you are talking 3/4 and 1 tons, I dont mind the longer bed, but the current F150s in 6.5' or 8 foot beds and crew cab are way too long! Yuck

I know, I think 6.5 is perfect though. It is more Symmetrical to me. I don't like how close the wheels are to the cab. It just looks like a dog tucking tail to me. Its just a taste thing, like Bright Island Blue over Sonic Blue!

Anyone on this board with an F150 needs to join that forum just for the sake of shopping in their classifieds, I've bought quite a few items on there for great deals

those tires are good year wranglers?

most of the trucks at work have em .... and the one place we have to "off road" they do a lot better than the "HT" good years that the dully i drive sometimes has

anyways love the truck, still havent gotten to drive an f150 of this gen yet, drove a 2010 4.6 screw the other day and loved it.

do they have the "pro grade" emblem on em? Not sure what the ones we use are exactly but the tread looks very similar

and while you seem to be responding fast .... when you gonna come to cal and run the rubicon?
