Seriously though, if you are 'getting into photography' you'll need to learn to pay more attention to the lighting. Most of those photos are so dark you cant see anything but a silhouette, if even that. I'd say there's really only two that are close to being 'good' in a photographic sense anyway.

Get her to go back out with you, about an hour earlier but not much more, and shoot her so that the sun is over your shoulder on each shot. Do that and I guarantee you'll have everyone here drooling for weeks.

Oh, and fill flash is your friend.

the lighting wasnt the greatest do to the fact that i dont have an expesive camera, im still working on that and as for the dark ones i meant for a few of them to be that way because i wanted the sillouhette look.

it fills the subject out. i think on every camera, it's a lightning bolt(same as flash i do believe).

not to go offtopic, but yet staying ontopic...you dont need a bad *** camera to get good shots out of it. I'm still using my lil olympus point and shoot and am amazed with the shots I can get out of it. It's a $250 p&s! Tripod is my friend. Play with settings and you'll figure it out even more. Your shots look great...but just wait til you get a D40x or D60! oh my...sooooo awesome.

Canon t1I is what you need man. 800$ but you can shoot 1080P HD video, 15.1 mp pictures. Pretty damn amazing!
