get friendly with the local junkyard and you should be able to find parts really cheap
any stereo shop will be able to help you out. when you buy the deck you can get a dash kit that fits the deck to the factory dash and a wiring harness to adapt the harness on the deck to the one in the truck without having to cut up the factory wiring. makes for a super clean install.
to wire up a sub and amp is easy too. the deck will have a remote sensing wire that tells the amp to turn on...that goes straight to the amp along with a set of rca connections from the deck for your audio inputs. then all you need is power from the battery (fused within 12 inches of the battery) and a ground to chassis

go to a real stereo shop. trust me. the walmart dash kits look horrible cause most of them are not flush with the dash, they push the deck out and it looks like crap. a dash kit is at max $30. and a stereo shop will have the adapter harness you need and the antenna adapter. plus they will have better quality wire... dont buy the cheap cca wire.
