the factory nuts for the bumper were jammed against the frame horn, but i pulled off the lift brackets from the body lift. I really wonder how much those things actually helped, they seemed to do a pretty good job

I just ordered 01-06 headlights and clear corners, and a black 01-03 grille w/ wargent bars. I guess the header panel didn't change from 4th gen to 5th gen, so the headlights and hopefully the grille will mount right up.

I just found a JY edge powerdome hood, and the best part is, when I went to check if I had enough money in my account, I found out I had gotten my refund check,, so the US Treasury just bought me a new hood!!!

I'm going to have one of the only 1999 "Edge's"!!! (Has any one else done this??)

Yes, you'll need to get the 01-03 Header panel for those parts to work. Cant wait to see how it turns out! Good luck man

welcome to the pole smacking club.. i was also being a hot *** if you will. mine was popped out for the most part with a 36" pry bar though, sadly you cant do that one

i was about to pay $150 for that support that holds the headlights but certifit has them for 30.75.. problem is you have to have them shipped to a business or shipping is outragous! 145 in shipping alone to my apt! hopefully i can get it shipped to the school.

Not trying to be negative Nancy but in both pictures from the front the drivers side tire appears to be pointed in a different direction than the passenger side. Towed out if you know what I mean. Better watch tire wear every day to be sure.
Sorry about your luck

Yea, I saw that too. I've been trying to ignoring it, and hope it goes away. I looked under there and couldn't find anything obviously damaged, and it still tracks straight. My camber looks a bit negative, especially on the driver's side tire, which it shouldn't since I have my torsion bars cranked, but it has always looked that way. But until it starts wearing my tires uneven, it's not a problem.

I'm watching it carefully, I have the eccentrics in my toolbox, if it starts wearing my tires, I'll throw the eccentrics on, and get an alignment. I might do that anyway, I know I should, but it's just more money.

I just looked up and saw your in Laramie,,, actually, I think I talked to you at Fastenal one time,, about AVM/Rugged Ridge hub locks. I just graduated in March.

I just put it in 4-low and gave it some tension, stopped, stress relieved with a 3 lb sledge, pulled on it some more, stopped, stress relieved, and so on until it was straight. (well, straight-ish). Then threw some shaker can black on it to hide my hammer and chain marks. I know it isn't perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better, and it will hold a bumper.

Fog lights are fine, and for sale. 1 is slightly yellow because it used to have a crack in the case (NOT the lense) I cleaned/dried it all out, re-sealed the case, and replaced the bulb about 6-8 months ago, it's been dandy since.

Bah! You poser! You hardly bent anything. Now HERE is the result of serious power slide:

That's what I did to my 2001 Ranger, lol. J/K on the poser stuff.

I bent the frame -- it was totaled. I drove it home "crab wise" -- kind of angled down the road. I was impressed it could move.

Looks like you made a nice recovery using "specialty" tools, lol.
