UPDATE:
BIG BIG BIG BIG thanks to Trevor for stopping by and giving me a really needed helping hand. Thanks Bro.
Engine is in. Only things left to do is rad install, fan install, possible shroud install(don't worry Marie, I've got a line on one and I'll have the worse of the two installed on mine), coolant fill and bleed, Alternator, Throttle body, Intake, inner fenders, and obviously the 35's. Trip to the dealer to recharge my a/c system will come when it's on the road.
But....
Throwing a PATS code..got the rapid blinking theft light right now. Code is B1681 which would be a "Transceiver signal not detected". I'm leaning more towards this issue being a coincidence? The other day while at the very start of disassembly, I started unhooking connectors..radiator was already out and drained, same with the fan, intake off, then unhooked the PCM, then remembered to unhook the battery, then unhooked the big fat square connector on the driverside valve cover. After that I remembered that I needed to bleed off the fuel pressure so I don't have a mess...so I hook everything back up electrical, pull the fuel pump fuse, hook the battery back up, and I try and start the truck.....everything lights up as it should, but when I try to engage the starter, all it would do is click. Just like a low juice battery condition, the solenoid would just click. No start. Talked to Justin about it while it was going on, came to the conclusion that it's a possibility that when I unhooked the PCM while still having juices flowing, something in the pins possibly short circuited and possibly fried the PCM. See...the weird thing is that the pcm connector was COVERED in dried up mud...before I even moved onto the next unhooking of the next connector, I cleaned the terminals and pins using contact cleaner, then I discovered the fuel thing, then I plugged everything back in. Don't remember if I could have possibly sprayed while it was still energized or not...
But....Now I'm getting the PATS code B1681 and the theft light is flashing rapidly. I'm thinking that possibly the transciever took a dive when all that movement was going on while the battery was plugged in before. Or I fried the PCM...but if I fried the PCM, why is it throwing this code?
IDK...gonna have to talk to someone in the know on these sorta deals...Bob or Justin or even just going to my dealership. Worse comes to worse, I'll need a reprogram of a replacement PCM and the PATS system at a price of about $80 or so.

I don't think you fried the PCM man... I think it's that Transceivier... I wish there was a lil more info on the code that it's throwing...
