Just a little black paint here and there

Figured since my truck is now slightly lifted and you can see the rusty underside, I busted out some Tremclad rust paint and painted my rear end and LCA's. Looks a little nicer now. Been thinking of painting the frame black too, but I dunno.

Whatddya think? Cleans it up a bit for sure. Dunno how long it'll last though.

I just used same sand paper to clean the crap off the rear end and then just sprayed it. With the front, I didnt do anything except spray it. We'll see how it holds up. Doesn't matter to me if it starts flaking off soon.

I'm still debating about Rockerguarding the lower half. Finances don't allow at the moment.

damn, i spent hours cleaning the sides of my frame before i sprayed it. Used a hard wire brush and got it down to the silvery bare metal. Then did primer, paint, and satin clear. 5 months later and it's holding up good, just seems to have faded a bit.

well, you also live in California where you dont have to deal with snow, salt and rust for half the year. But damn that looks clean!
