yea the previous owner took the driver side off, I'm just scared I'm gonna mess the paint up taking the glue/double sided tape off.

alot of guys over on gmfullsize take there door moldings off, actually 3/4 of the population does, im sure you know how to do it, but theres probably a how to over there somewhere. i never really looked for it because the gm in the family is my dads and i dont get to touch it.. anyways i think heat or something will take it right off and then wash the left over sticky stuff off.

Its funny how trucks grow on you.

I was never a fan of those body style chebbys up until a few months ago. Now I love them. They look great lifted. I've actually looked into getting one. But I can't let my Bronco go. Reliable, modded, and no payments. Plus i'm a Ford guy.

And you can't go wrong with BFG's. I've had two sets of tires and have been real pleased.

Looks good man. Needs a lift!

I've got "E" rated Toyo MT's... They ride quite nice.

So why you on Ranger - Forums then?

But on a side note, yes, they should ride good. And its 2wd. They usually ride better too.

They can't tell it's Z71 because they can't see any torsion bars below the frame.

You won't! Mine is an '04 and I took my moldings off over the summer.. i let it sit out in the sun and the tape got tacky and pulled the moldings off.. Picked up an pin strip remover wheel from O'Reilly's and tossed it in the drill and away i went! Took my pinstrip off too!

I really want to.. I saw an RC crawler where a guy put a 4 door cab on an SCX-10 Crawler frame, back halved, nice tube bumper.. looked sick, really makes me want to put it up on 4Ds

but seriously these gen trucks with long travel kits and bulged fenders look sick. If i had the dough I would consider it.

I'll have to try that once it heats back up here.

pretty much all half ton chevys sit low, the 2wds sit even lower. but if it was a 2wd I would have go Michelins, no need to pose.

The heat just made it easier to pull um off, the cold might make the pinstrip removal tool pull the tape easier... just sayin.. but yea no heat gun went near my truck, hair dryer was the most I used!
