I love the OBS, Never a CCLB fan but I have them in almost all the other body setups

 

 

lol, well there is more to the story but would have taken me forever to type. It was one of those days where you just want to sit down and do nothing as it would have been best.

lol, several of my coworkers referenced the same movie.

when so many things go wrong within a short period of time ive learned all you can do it laugh about it and move on. No sense in stressing about it. You can laugh at my expense :)

Yeah I never was either really. But I kind of like it on the OBS trucks for some reason. At first when I got it I was like crap this is long and hard to drive. Now it seems fine and I love the bed space!

2 questions Shane. Whats going on with the taillights, and does the bed not have mounting holes for the fender flares?

It's amazing how fast one gets used to a vehicles size.... I used to not want a crew cab long bed because of the length. Now, holy cow I can whip a crew cab 23' flat bed C6500 or F650 medium duty truck around like it's a Ranger! Makes a crew long F350 seem nimble. LOL.

1: Long story short, someone backed into me at a bar and I didn't notice til the next morning. Broke tail and scuffed chrome and bumper pad. Sold off all my other tails, so rocking it OLD SCHOOL with Swoop1156's old tails....he's a OG. These tails used to be the shiznit back in '03/04.

Some people.... Not so good with the city bus.... I was once side-swiped by one. I was driving a Chevy Express van through West Hartford, CT. He folded in my mirror, so I counter-steered and took out his window. I stopped to exchange info, but he just flipped me off and drove away....

I know right? They think they own the road! Cutting people off left and right....No offence to the city bus driver that quoted me, but daaaaaaamn. TWICE the rate PLUS benefits compared to a school bus driver??!?!?!?? Getting paid twice the market wage.... At least that's the case here in Portland, Oregon with it's public transit drivers. And the have the ***** to stike over not getting a 10% raise while private sector is taking pay cuts.... Sorry for turning this political. lol.

 

i contemplated painting it when i did the fenders, but ran out of time. ill screw around with it someday. tanner the shell should be back on as soon as the bedcage is finished.
