Cut and weld the hitch. Trim the valance for the tow hooks. Make some gap guards.

No one will even be able to tell its a body lift.

is yours a manual or automatic? is a shifter extension included in the kit or something that is purchased separately?

You didn't crunch your body panels with that wood did you? I've seen wood do some work on that part on our trucks before...

I haven't really liked the idea of cutting the valance either.

You'll need PA part #3700...its NOT included.

OR get a hurst.

Mine's a manual. Extension is separate. Its like $30.

Me neither, thats why I got a front hitch. Too bad they don't make the hidden hitch anymore.

haha yeah i know that kinda made me mad that they don't make it anymore. I just don't wanna take em off either cause i've found that they come in handy quite often. Not sure what i'll do.

It isn't crucial though. It is my understanding with the stock shifter, it will not go into either 2nd or 3rd i think. With the hurst it will, it only is about 3 inches lower.



Oh btw, use the money you were going to spend on the shifter extention, and get a Hurst. By far the best thing I have ever done with my truck

thanks man, i'll take your advice. A hurst is something i've wanted anyways.

Looks real good. And that truck is like perfect. Normally I don't like body lifts but that truck looks sessy!!

wow i love it!

the more i look at it the more and more i think its just totally awesome

i know it aint much, but i've been dreaming of lifting this thing ever since i got it back in june
