wait just noticed that the bedsides of the trac are fiberglass, wtf

 

yep, and yeah it was pretty funny. it cracked my 06 tail so i need to get a new set and paint them again, and left a couple scratches but no biggie. it also sliced through the cap on top of my bumper but i can just buy a new one or try to clean it up a lil

 

The entire bed of a Sport Trac is fiberglass, except the tailgate and front panel...

If she was smart (but if shes flying thru parking lots, how smart can she be?), she would claim she couldn't see your reverse lights due to the illegal tint on them, and that's why she got hit

I doubt that'd work. He may get a ticket from it but simply "i couldnt see his taillights therefore he didnt exist" would be a pretty failtastic legal defense. Evan should switch to stocker taillights though for a short while, haha.

i don't think he's defrauding the insurance company. he's just putting replacement taillight in.

as for who is at fault, if it was in a parking lot, it's 50% your's and 50% hers. heck, if you can prove she was cutting through, you might be able to get her for 100% fault. i think up here it's frowned upon or maybe even illegal to just "cut through without using the lot". i know were are in two different countries, but you never kno....

 

he meant to hide the fact that hes got tinted tails, tail light and headlight tint is not legal, therefore a safety hazard.

just because pepboys sells it doesnt make it legal haha. and on the can it says for offroad use only

if her insurance pays for hers, i'll be happy. and im lookin for another set of 06 lights to black out, i got my 01's but id rather do the 06's again.

i kinda want to black out the outside of my headlights, fogs, and corners, but its ballsy

 

i know that in NH if you cut through a parking lot and get into an accident, your insurance will not cover you and its automatically your fault.

 

Plain and simple: Niteshades is unsafe when used in excess. You can't see **** during the daytime.



She must have been hauling some *** or Sanity wasn't paying attention... Was she racing towards the interstate in reverse through the parking lot?!? Otherwise, Sanity should have been able to stop in the middle of backing out of his parking space.
