Well, went over to D's tonight and got the front Safari bar all done up right...

only down fall was leaving...
i put the e brake on because we were working on the truck and i did not know if we needed it on or not...
well........it froze up.... back and forth a couple of times and i was able to go... break light is still on, will have to look at that tomorrow....

They were the correct brackets. It looked so odd sticking out that far.
When we were done, I took a 2 legged square and made sure it was perfectly vertical before sinching everything up. I replaced the factory nuts with nylon lined ones so they don't loosen and wont oxodize as bad in the NY winters.

Now I just refuse to use it. Kind of a habit, though, when I use it all the time in the Dodge.
