Lowered my friends Chevy today

my lowering kit took 11 hours...

the front of his took 4.5 hours... so needless to say, we know what we're doing now. lol and if we had air tools.....oh man.

This thing is LOW. Going over speedbumps is....lol fun.

yeah doesn't look too low till you see how low the frame hangs haha

thats exactly what we all thought.

he hit the first speed bump at like....oh 3mph...bottomed out on the frame crossmember hahaha

Looks really good, but I would be scared to drive it with the frame so close to the ground.

For a truck I actually want to drive I would have left it the way it was before. But damn for showin that drop is sweet! Is he getting bigger wheels?

The 03-06 Chevy's just look sweet whatever you do to them! haha

if I had got a 2wd I probably would have lowered it.

you z71 is only about 3 inches taller then that one lowered

atleast its just frame and not exhaust manifold like a slammed honda. time to angle that **** hord and learn to despise gas stations and there always steep entrances

it looks nice but I would hate to have to drive a truck or car and worry about speedbumps, curbs or is that driveway too steep to get into. f-that I want to drive over whatever I feel like haha

when you just mash over things in front of people they go wow he must be small, when you stop traffic in your lane to pull into a vons parking lot people think wow that truck is really low i cant believe i had to stop because this **** is to low to drive on streets im gonna have to keep staring because i just cant believe whats going on in front of me right now.

I think i kinda remember him wanting some different 20's but besides that he just wants to bag it.

ATM he has no shocks, which are on order...so theres tons of rebound lol but if its still that bad with his shocks and swaybar hooked up..he wants to bring the front back up an inch. Im jelous of how easy it was to get his truck this low.

just a flip kit and lower control arms and hes this low.

my mazda seems sky high compared to his truck lol
