Manual T-case shift boot & bezel
Justin (Toreador4x4) and I worked on making the bezel and boot work for my manual transfer case finally. He did most of the work, but I kind of came up with the idea. I helped where I could.
Underneath the diamond plate, there is weatherstripping that seals around the hole in the inspection plate so there won't be heat or noise coming up any longer. Also, it looks relatively close to factory with where we cut the RCM cover / cubby hole.
Around the diamond plate we put black door edge molding to hide the sharp edges. The plate itself is held down with 4 stainless sheet metal screws. The boot is held to the diamond plate with 10 6-32 nuts and bolts, also stainless steel.
Anyhow on with the pictures, I know Justin has more before final assembly, but I'll let him post those.
Oh and I believe I may or may not be the first one to do a manual transfer case swap that has the boot secured AND can shift into 4 Lo.

Nah. For the holes you see, I'm going to cut out diamond plate to fit it then probably secure it somehow. Me and fiberglass just don't get along.

you dont count because you are a 5-Speed, the 5-speed guys got it easy when it comes to the boot for the manual t-case, it is more difficult for auto guys and especially with an RCM to cover up
