Why are your tie downs screwed into the side of your bed?

not sure, they were there when i bought it, the tie dons on my bumber are for filling holes for other lights i had there, but yeah, not sure why the guy screwed them to my outside bed....

Nice truck - love that duel exhaust! Your tires are in that "just right" range too - and the flares look clean and stock. Diggin the bumper mod with those eyehooks...I've got some similar ones on mine from Tractor Supply Co. =P
