Cleaned up my ole boy for a cruz in on Saturday. Thought I'd share the precruz pics with ya.

LOL and here's at the cruz! It was USO night!

 

How do you get the flag to stay on your antenna with 4th of July coming up I would like to do something like that as well. Also where did you get your shorty antenna or is that a modification you have done to the factory antenna? Does it hurt reception?

 

Hmmm...the flag slips right over the antenna. I don't know if it would stay on while driving. Maybe if you were creeping along like in a parade. I got it at Lowes. Actually have one for the truck, the stang, and the other truck. Nice show piece.

The antenna, I think is 18", got it off ebay. And reception isn't bad at all. I don't think it changed it at all. I mostly listen to Sirius and no issues.

I really hate all of you that have the FX4 with the buckets. I have the bench and I want buckets and a counsel so bad. Found a set like yours for $900 on Ebay but don't want them that bad....LOL

 

Looks good. Are all the Alcoa's chromed like that or what?? Those have some bling!!

try having an ext cab truck, but no fold out doors...

 

my brother had an XLT that way to me I could do with or without the back doors as no one rides in my "seats" back there.

 

Love the interior in your truck I also have that antenna got it from underdog its black billet and I agree the reception is not bad at all. Keep moddin that mother

 

Great looking truck. Great looking interior. Of course, I'm entirely biased, being an 07 Level II owner myself.

Thank you for all the great compliments. I am proud of him. Funny how ya can buy it "stock" like that, minus the shorty and the spray bed liner..LOL. I wasn't really "hip" on the yellow when I first saw it but it was the all black interior with no carpet and the Alcoa's that pulled me in....NARLY!! LOL I really love the Alcoa's. Reminds me of the welds on my stang and adds just enough bling, without it looking "gay" or "girly". Gotta hold off on the grill for a tad. My drag stang is getting exhaust and headers, unfortunately, priorities. But my ole boy there represented well at the cruz. Only bad thing, that yellow is a mother humper to keep clean! Thanks again guys!! I'll keep posting more as I get em.

 

LOL that was the same thing I said about mine the first time I looked at it on the lot and when I learned the dealer already sold the black FX4 I wanted mine started to grow on me plus the fact it had been sitting on the lot for just short of a year and they wanted to move on it....Yes the yellow loves bugs and anything else it can get almost like having a white car....LOL

He prob has the 2 door supercab like i have on my 98 and not the 4 door cab

 

Not everyone has the four doors that open. You can order them with the four door super cab or just a extended cab.
