Yea exact fit, only thing is on the bolt the the pretensioners slide on to, you need to get a nut to put over the pretensioner since thats what the 05 seats used, on the 01's they bolted in...not slide on.
Great mod to do id say and only takes about an hour for the total job...taking out, switching parts and putting back that is.
