Went for a drive...

Since I didn't really have any shots of my new truck, I decided to take it out for a cruise around Draper Lake.

Just want to say that this Oklahoma clay sucks compared to Washington mud!

Your truck looks awesome! I'm a road bike fan, though, so I can't comment on the bike haha

How do you mount it in your truck?

Sadly, I've never known what it's like to ride a 26" bike on the trails. This is actually my first real mtb.

I basically use a ratcheting cargo bar with a Yakima 15mm Fork Adapter mounted on a fork mount.

Very nice looking truck. I've always liked those stock wheels.

Somewhat similar to my old truck... most likely a Flowmaster 40 exhaust, 33" tires (w/ the stock wheels? i like them a lot), and a 4" lift of some kind. I'm not entirely sure what fits on my truck, so I'll set aside $3-4K. I'm hoping to have this done by summer/fall time frame.

Nice truck. Would look great with a 3-4 inch lift on some 33's. I've seen one lifted truck on here with 33's and those stock wheels, and it was sexy. I agree...keep them.

Think they'd look good powdercoated black? Of course it wouldn't be done until after the lift and tires. Otherwise, I think it just wouldn't look right.

They look like Ford GT wheels:

They might look OK. But I think they would look better the way they are.
