got my welder up and running today...

after about a week or so, its finally up and running...took forever to get the house wired btw. Miller 212 FTMFW!!!

so, i decided to go make this

so of course i had to go test it out. coulda gone higher, but i still dont have my bumpstops set up front so idk how far i can go still.....AND i cant wait to pull a few leafs out of the rear....god i want it to flex more!

haha thats a BA drive shaft! I thought they had to be balanced though, or is it not important on your front?

thanks, but eh, its for the front and realistically i wont be going faster than like 40mph so blancing isnt that big an issue. its so much nicer to have a driveshaft i dont have to worry about bottoming out or popping out now though......

Who cares about the shaft, I want to see the welder...


I just got a Millermatic 210, and that freaking thing can burn some thick stuff! Fixed some farm stuff for a guy, and was buring deep into a 1" piston shaft. Love it, and now have the Hobart 175 setup for .23 for sheetmetal.

Ah if its for the truck....i'll throw in a broken chair on top of everything else. Deal?
