No worries, just carry spare CV's if you have a heavy foot. I didn't get a chance to wheel the front locker in my sport trac more than a handful of times, but it was used and the previous owner wheeled the crap out of it in his Explorer. Had a few youtube videos of him climbing rocks, bouncing and squealing tires on rocks with no breakages.
The RCD is more likely to kill CV's.

I've got a spare set of cv's and spare axles. i love the locker. ill be finally testing it out this coming friday.
As per the tires. . .i love them. Ive already been through a scrap yard with them, a soggy yard, and lots of flooded roads. Tire noise isnt much alot quieter then my firestones. But these aren't balanced. I seen no point in trying to balance them, vibration is minimal.
And stone-black doesnt look to well on this truck, i've got the chrome bumpers and polished wheels, i think a black housing will look out of place.
As to the rotors- i paid wholesale on them, they've got a good 400 miles on them already, havent seen any problems other then its rubbed the caliper mounting bracket a couple times.
Thanks for the comments guys!
