Great person to deal with, and great craftsmanship! I'd recommend his ovals to anyone!

They look good, but they don't look the same at all. Can't really put my finger on it, but the bottom one looks skewed somehow.

Trigger01 11-28-2010 07:11 PM

the top one probably has alignment pins on it making it angled

Look good! I've seen his work in person and he does a great job!

ranger4.0 11-28-2010 09:09 PM

those do look good

buggman 11-28-2010 09:52 PM

They came out pretty nice. :biggthump

The large one has mounting pins on the back & I believe I put foam tape on the back of the smaller one.

Did you have fun tearing into the package? :sgrin:

Now... put them suckers on already :boggled:

Those look awesome!

Can you do reversed ones? Silver background w/ blue Ford script?

I haven't done a set of silver backgrounds yet, I'm not sure how well the silver would hold up over that large of an area over time.
Check out my photobucket pics, I've got pics of a bunch of stuff I've done & stuff I'm working on.

Yea, getting into the packaging was a *****, good thing I had my knife on me lol.

They aren't on yet because my new tailgate isn't here yet, and doesn't look like it will ever be here. I guess I could put the front on on though... If I remember when I get home from the gym I'll put it on and post some pictures!

I've got a couple 7" ovals, they're not the same design as the newer trucks use, but they are 7" wide. Unfortunately, most of them will need the bases stripped of the chrome, sanded & painted.

Check out my Ovals post HERE... I've also got a bunch of pics on my Photobucket pages.

(Sorry to jack your thread SHOBout)
