600hp? Not to take the wind out of your sail, but that will take a LOT of work and MONEY!!!

Nice rig though! I have always liked those wheels....

Glad you like it. I'm not a big fan.

Something about cross overs make me gag.

I wish I had one of those 5.3L engines in my ranger, that would be sick. But why put 600hp into that, I think it is plenty powerful in a tahoe?

600hp is a bit overkill.

600hp is plenty reasonable. Ive already talked to a guy at a performance shop around here. I can have it done for around 3000.

Thanks for those that are positive about the thing.

Those of you who are being negative....this is my second ride. When the ranger is sitting with a bad tranny, 170k miles, a rear and front end about to go. Dents up and down the body from rocks, and the dealer is willing to give you 2k for it. I like the envoy. and yes I agree, when i first got it, I thought it was kinda ugly. But driving it more and more, I enjoy the functionality of it. and when they can work a deal for a really good price, enough said.

600 hp is a tad bit high unless you plan on ripping the entire motor apart and putting back new internals with some sort of kick *** forced induction...

The truck is nice and all...but it looks like the retarted child of a suburban and a caravan getting it on...i wouldnt put that much cash into it....just my 2cents

good point. I only plan on keeping this for about 3 or 4 years, just so I can get enough paid on it, to not owe more than what its worth. I may do just the simple things. Exhaust, cam, lifters, e-fan, and a tune. That should put me in the 400 range.

IDK why people want to soup-up a family SUV,it will take ALOT more $$$ to get that thing down in the 13s vs getting a mustang to run the same...to each is own.

thats like askin why people lift a ranger and run 33's when 33's will fit stock....

a mustang is not practical for every person, so why not mod up the SUV? i for one hate mustangs
