new wheel pics, and another mod

well this last weekend i scored 3 perfect FX4 wheels, and i have the 4th one on order, it should be here on friday, i think totally in the wheels i will have $200 invested in them, also when i was at the junk yard, i scored an OHC for $20, i just need to finish hooking it up, got all the lights working like they should

Rob you should totally powdercoat them... GUNMETAL! That would look so sick! Good find though!

I like your avatar btw, shows the beam pattern nicely! lol

thanks tre, i ended up at B&R for the last rim, everybody wanted a crapload for just 1 wheel, but they cut me a deal on one

good idea but i say leave the face of them shiny and powdercoat the indents and holes gunmetal

i have about a couple hours in just with the install,a nd hooking up the lights, just need to hook up the computer, and put the temp sensor in

How was it cutting the hole in the headliner? Thats the only thing i'm hesitant about..

just start with a small hole, you can always cut more off, you can't put it back on

So Rob, I dont need to find you one now? lol. I got my trans from B&R. Took 'em over a month to get me my trans, I got mad and yelled, they cut the price in half for the trans. I'd go there again.

you can trim that bracket down where the outside of the OHC and the outside of the bracket get close......gives you more room to play with. basically..trim the corners ofthe bracket.

yeah, i think i'm good as far as the wheel, i was a little leary about dealing with them, i went in there last sunday, and the guy acted like he couldn't be bothered with my buisness... i was suppost to get it today, but the truck it was coming off of had custom wheels, not the FX4 wheels, so he got one from another yard for the same price
