On to the next project!

So today I finally got the truck I've always wanted (almost). It's an 86 Bronco 4x4 with a 302 that has 149,000 miles. I've always wanted one but only the 92 - 96 body style. Almost stole it for the price I payed ($550). Future plans are a snow plow, D44 SAS, 3" body lift, 6" suspension lift, custom bumpers, winch, and some 38's. So far I haven't really noticed anything wrong mechanically, hopefully all goes well. Already I've replaced the positive battery cable, removed the bug shield and running boards, pulled the headliner out, and started cleaning the whole thing.

It has a plexiglass window because the kid didn't know how to fix the window motor.

Interior is good other than the headliner, seat edges, and a couple cracks in the dash.

The engine is muddy, but overall looks pretty good and has 50 psi of oil pressure.

If you make this thing look nearly as good as you made your Ranger look then it's sure to turn out nice.

a body lift is cheap ($95 + shipping), easy to install, and will keep the center of gravity lower. Plus, I probably wont get the suspension lift done for a while, so the body will give me clearance to run 33's easily.

Nice find. Just skip the D44 and go straight for the D60.

Nothing wrong with a little body lift. But you should be able to clear 33's stock.

Finally took some update pics. I got the plow on but only used it once for about 10 minutes. So maybe next year I can make some money with it. I also ripped up the carpet to put Herculiner down, so now all I have to do is spray the floor out.
