The two fog light was broken and the little frame that fix the light were broken too so i decided to do this setup to hid the hole.Not the best thing i done on my truck but makes the same thing.

Looks pretty good. Paint the diamond plate in the fog holes black or dark gray, it'll blend a lot better.
