Lord Of War 04-07-2009 06:57 PM

I dont think I can stress enough the importance of you getting new tires.

It would make the truck look SOOO much better.

blueranger789 04-07-2009 06:58 PM

the pics from the tune up are named 02 tune up and seafoam. nope not dixe horns, not to much of a fan of them, but i know several people that have them

blueranger789 04-07-2009 07:12 PM

yeah i know i need better tires, but cant afford them right now, i do a lot of on road driveing, and a little bit of off road, so i dont want to get expensive tires that will get eatten up quickly

Those suck big time. There is no worse tire on the market. Ask anybody on here. I had a set that didn't even last 25k miles and The sucked for traction on every kind of terrain. Don't waste your money.

blueranger789 04-07-2009 07:32 PM

oh ok thanks for the info, my spare tire is one, always thought it was a good looking tire

Lord Of War 04-07-2009 07:41 PM

There are alot of good A/T's out there. Dont get fooled into the BFG A/T trap.

Any good A/T will get you 50k miles.

True. That Mastercraft Courser AT is a great tire too.

blueranger789 04-07-2009 07:49 PM

yeah thanks for the info guys. i run a paper route 7 days a week, the longest ive had a set of tires is 30k, and those were supposed to last 50k

LOL. This coming from the guy who purchased Nittos at a higher price then he could have paid for a more general AT.

BFG's are a great A/T tire. So are Nittos. And so are plenty of other brands. However, I believe the BFG's are the best looking AT.

Idiot, of course there are cheaper A/T's out there. If I wanted a cheaper tire that didnt perform as well I would have gotten something cheaper. This is coming from a guy who did the exact same thing that I did.

The key word in your stupid sentence was "general" or in other words generic. We both didnt buy generic so whats your point?

TrucknGolf 04-07-2009 08:18 PM

Those tires looks so small.

blueranger789 04-08-2009 05:49 AM

yeah i know they look small, cant afford bigger ones right now, looking to get bigger when i actually have the money to spend, so could be a while
