Nova Pics...Hate Hate hate :)

Got the motor back together the other weekend and have been enjoying the nice spring days ahead of schedule. I'll have to get some videos of it soon as well, sounds real good at WOT through the gears. pretty quick too with the 4.11 gears

Is it a 350? Stroked? Trans? Think I see a kickdown cable. Looks sharp. How do you feel about the 4.11 if you dont have overdrive. I have 3.50 in my 331, C4, Stang and am considering 3.80 rear gear for more tire abuse but I want to be able to drive to the next town 30 miles away without burning a tank each way cause I m mixing and gas is crazy.

I know of speed bumps around here that would grab those traction bars...

Nice...

Someday... that old 350 Vortec in the Burb will be refreshed... I'm looking for more power and torque than the factory 260 some horses and 447 ft-lbs of torque...

But a 460 swap into the Danger Ranger might be done before that old 350 decides to take a crap. It depends on how things go.

350, mild cam, ported/polished Iron heads with a valve job, hardend seats etc. 600 edelbrock carb, hi-rise intake full MSD ignition system(just the distributor is in right now) and headers. The tranny is a rebuilt turbo 350 with a decent shift kit in it, and paired to a B&M ratchet shifter. and the 4.11 gears are pretty damn steep for highway cruising but damn awesome for acceleration. I kinda wish I had a 4spd man. trans, that one more gear..and just fun

WOW, NICE! Brings back some memories............I had a 70 SS350 Nova w/factory Muncie 3spd and a 73 with a 355, T350, and a fiberglass L88 scooped hood. Boy do I wish I hadem now....what they'd be worth!
