The fill rate is freakin awesome! Pressure switch that works FTW!

Dual 380c ViAir compressors, 2 - 3gal air tanks... Custom manifold (by me lol) Quick connect for my 25ft air line for misc stuff, 40A relay after the PS, PS at 110/145psi, 1/2in air line to the valve and 1/2in out the valve to the horns, 1/4in to the gauge.

ENJOY! (I shoot to inspire!)

I think i'm gonna mask off the things not to be painted and coat the whole thing in black paint, flat black paint. Just for fun to try and clean it up a bit!

i'd try to support that manifold block on the left somewhat. If you do use your tool box, the right smack by something will take that brass clean off. That is a lot of leverage against that bottom fitting

could double for filling a tire or something too i'm sure. Just carry around a plug kit if you catch a nail or something..

I use the air for horns, filling up tires, I've got a blow gun that comes in handy more often than not which is weird lol... After work I take out the blow gun and blow myself off before i get in my truck... less dust and dirt to clean up later

I bought 5 comps, 2 are shanes, 1 was mine and 2 were my other buddy's comps...

I really don't use my toolbox for all that much stuff... Holds my tools which are neatly organized and my air setup. I'm careful about what I put in the box, trust me lol.

My tank and compressor is mounted in my box too.
All i put back there is my fire gear.
All fits nice and neat.

How do you like running 2 compressors?

You bumped up to 200psi now right? How does it sound now, I am guessing louder but more high pitched.

Looks good tho.

no the grover horns are rated at like 120-125 PSI anything more will just blow out the horn aka like a big blow gun and it will hurt the way it sounds..the diaphram (sp?) can only move but so much then it will let the air just blow out..

is the same way with my nathans they will just become a blow horn..

Actually, my grovers are louder at 145psi compared to 120-125psi...

My setup now is only a 150psi setup.

Evan, package deal me... Nahtans and xcal2! lol

after modding all the grovers, by driling out the air holes(not the inlet hole...but the holes that allow air through the trumpet), and after tuning....i can say 150psi sounds great on his 3 grover trumpets. and they do sound great....BETTER than untouched grovers and 125psi...

Still getting mine fixed up to sound right....just playing with differnet length horns right now.

is it actually that loud.. like mine is from japan and does 130db... and its plenty loud..

and for the leaks.. couldn't you just pump up the tanks and put soap water on the fittings and see if bubbles form??
